Bordeaux: Vineyard prices are collapsing massively

Bordeaux vineyard prices fell sharply between 2018 and 2025. In the Médoc, the average price dropped from €55,000 to €10,000 per hectare, while sales reached 2.98 million hectoliters in the 12 months through March 2026.
