Bordeaux Reviews is published by Claret 33131 LLC. Using the site means accepting these terms.
What the site is
Journalism and criticism. A verdict is our opinion, reached on the sources named under it. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice, and nothing here is an inducement to buy or sell anything.
Age
This site is about alcohol. Use it only if you are of legal drinking age where you are.
What you may do
Read it, print it for yourself, quote a short passage with the author named and a link, use the study cards to study, and link to anything here from anywhere.
What you may not do
Republish in bulk, sell it, put it behind your own paywall, present it as your own, strip the attribution, scrape the site systematically, or use its material to train a model without our written permission.
The study cards
They are offered to help you study. They are not an examination, they carry no affiliation with or endorsement by any awarding body, and clearing a level here predicts nothing. Tell us if a card is wrong and we will fix it.
Cru Classé
By invitation. What it costs, what it includes and how long it runs are stated on the invitation, and those terms govern it. Payment is taken by Stripe. A membership is personal and not transferable.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The site is offered as it is. We work to be accurate and we correct what we get wrong, but we do not promise that every page is free of error or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to what you have paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Law and venue
Florida law governs these terms, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date above changes when we do.
