Perfect storm for Bordeaux’s wine legacy

A forest fire west of Bordeaux burned to within 15km of Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte’s vineyards, according to The Star. The fire was described as one of the worst since World War II and forced hundreds of thousands to evacuate.
