AdVini and Cordier by InVivo sign their tie-up
AdVini and Cordier by InVivo signed a memorandum of understanding on March 12, with InVivo acquiring 7.8% of AdVini in exchange for part of its wine assets, including the Café de Paris and Cordier brands. The agreement must be approved by AdVini shareholders on April 30.
