A small Lalande-de-Pomerol of 5.6 hectares in the Bertineau locality of Néac, bought by the Rolland family in the 1920s and named for the place and for Saint Vincent, patron of winemakers.

The estate
The Rolland family bought a parcel at Néac in the 1920s, in the Bertineau locality of Lalande-de-Pomerol, and the name joins the place to Saint Vincent, a martyr of the 4th century, patron of winemakers and protector of wine, whose feast falls on January 22. It shares a house with Château Le Bon Pasteur, in Pomerol, L’Étoile de Bon Pasteur and Château Rolland Maillet.
The vineyard covers 5.6 hectares, planted 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, on a mix of clay and gravel that turns sandy toward the river bed on the western side of the property.
