Château Beauregard 2018, Pomerol

Château Beauregard is one of Pomerol’s most distinctive estates, with two historic pigeon towers (yes, pigeons!), once symbols of wealth and status in the region. The property’s roots go back to the Knights Hospitallers of the Middle Ages and its vineyards sit on a mix of clay and gravel, ideal for Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

The 2018 vintage was generous and powerful, but the clay soils of Pomerol helped preserve freshness. Beauregard produced a wine that shows richness without heaviness.
