L’Hospitalet de Gazin, Pomerol 2019

L’Hospitalet de Gazin is the second wine of Château Gazin, which we have recently tasted the 1994 vintage. This 2019 is vibrant, fruit-forward, and approachable. It paired very well with a center-cut sirloin medallion grilled with truffle butter.
