Comparing two wines side by side is always fun, and it all starts with their colors. On the left, the 2010 vintage shows a deep, vibrant ruby hue, indicating its more youthful vigor and robust structure. On the right, the 1989 vintage shows a more subdued, brick-red tone, reflecting its maturity and the elegant evolution it has undergone over the years. It’s fascinating how time transforms wine, adding complexity and depth. Both had a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
