Which two common myths about Bordeaux can be debunked with this wine?

(1) You’ll never find a Burgundy-shaped bottle in Bordeaux; and (2) Bordeaux wines are always a blend of different grapes.

The most common bottle shape is the Bordeaux shape, and it’s also accurate to say that most wines produced in Bordeaux are blends, typically involving grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Carmenere. However, as you can see in this picture, there are exceptions.
