We spent a wonderful evening tasting French wines, including these 3 exceptional Bordeaux selections

-              Château de Sales, Pomerol 2015: Young and lively, with a lot of fresh fruit, proving that Pomerol is always a safe bet. Probably the wine that people enjoyed the most.

-              Château la Gomerie, Saint-Émilion 2006: From magnum, it was my personal favorite. 100% Merlot with a welcoming nose, complex tertiary notes, and perfectly integrated tannins, showing a developed wine all around. A true hidden gem from a boutique estate that only existed from 1995 through 2011, when it was integrated into Beau-Sejour Becot.

-              Château Sociando-Mallet, Haut-Médoc 1997: I love the wines of this Château, as they prove repeatedly how beautifully they age. It paired well with burgers.
