This is the second white wine from Château Smith Haut Lafitte. It boasts intense aromas and flavors of lime and green apple, balanced acidity, and a long finish. Smoky and flinty on the nose with a nice texture in the mouth. It’s made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon. It paired amazingly well with chicken and asparagus.

Château Smith Haut Lafitte not only produces great wines, but it’s also a wonderful estate to visit. They offer various tours, and even King Charles III and Queen Camilla strolled around the vineyards in 2023
